1 on 1 Personal Training
You can train with me in person, wether you want regular sessions, casual sessions or just a one off form check. I train my face to face clients from our gym Strength Block based in Rosedale on Aucklands North Shore.
Sessions are $50 for 30 minutes, $80 per 1 hour session or If you want to share your session with a friend, I offer a 2 on 1 session for a discounted price of $120 for an hour

The most cost effective way to follow a plan written by either myself or my Husband Damien.
The Strength Block App is a subscription based model and features many pre written plans for a variety of goals from Powerlifting to Post Partum and works out at only $15 per week! You have access to premium progressive programming, but thats not all, some of the other features include

Personalised Online Coaching
Do you require a training plan specifically tailored to your goals?, with your experience and needs in mind I can tailor a personalised plan updated in minimum 6 week blocks, with ongoing communication to me and full access to our Strength Block training app
Online coaching spaces are strictly limited, and clients need to be dedicated and show a level of commitment to be a part of my online coaching team.

Gym Memberships
Our gym is based in Rosedale on Aucklands North Shore. You can become and know that you are taken care of every step of the way. We keep our memberships capped so that it never feels overcrowded like a big busy commercial gym. We know all our members personally and by name.
There are two different membership options, both giving you access to the Strength Block Training app and one of them also includes a monthly in person Pt Session.

Pre and Postnatal Coaching
If you would like one on one support of a certified Pre and Postnatal trainer to help guide you, wether that is knowing how to adapt exercises leading up to birth as your baby grows or you are unsure how to safely get back into exercise post birth and what you should be doing. Then this option is for you
Available to anyone within the bracket of Week 1 of pregnancy to 12 months postpartum
Training plan personalised to your individual journey updated regularly

Fortnightly zoom checkins (optional)
Workout modifications where needed
Breath to pelvic floor connection work
Nutrition guidance (This is not an eating plan, just information on how you can get the best from your nutrition during this time)
A medical practitioner sign off is required to train with me during pregnancy as well as Postpartum, usually around the 6 week mark. However, you can start to work with me sooner on breath work and mobility.
$60 per week, minimum 6 weeks

About Me
For years I trained alone, with no guidance, no support and no idea. Working out sporadically, unaware of proper nutrition and not getting results. When I look back now I just see how many years I wasted due to lack of knowledge, and if this resonates with you, Don’t waste any more time, contact me, let me help you and let’s get started.
I have always had a passion for fitness, but specifically strength and resistance training since meeting my partner in 2016. I went fully in under his guidance, entering and coming second in a novice powerlifting competition where I found a love of lifting heavy.
In 2019 I completed my NASM Certificate in personal training, to take my own training to the next level and to be able to train others along their journeys.
Following on from that, in 2021 I qualified with a certificate in Pre and Post natal coaching.
Finally in 2022 My husband and I opened Strength Block, our own semi private training studio.
I believe in a life of balance, not restriction and ultimately your health and happiness are my number one priority, setting up habits that are sustainable long term.
I want to empower everyone, but especially women, to lift weights, and feel the confidence that comes along with it.
